The problem is that Goa's intelligensia is bankrupt. They have stuffed their brains with all the crap from universities but have lost their ability for basic logic. Most of Goa's intelligensia, no matter how much they curse the sytem, prefer to be domesticated by the chambers of dirty commerce. They sing the music of their master's choice. Here begins the problem.
Goa should have been the land for inspiring good living habits to other Indians. But what we teach them is, how to booze and screw. To walk in the middle of the roads and disturb the neighbourhood till 3 a.m. in the morning. We have allowed them to behave as if the whole of Goa and goan people is at their disposal. We cater to their bad habits and call that tourism. When pointed out we have Article 19 of the Constitution cited by our bankrupt intelligensia. All indians are brothers and sisters does not give the licence to abuse and misbehave. Do we need Prasads, Ramanis, Lamanis and Pandits to teach us culture? -Soter
