If Digambar Govt. want's to do something then it should doing it know- Give us clean administation or Clean governance Forget about the gimmicks like E-Governance or M-governance. We all know what it means. To me it is like F-governance or to put it in my language it’s ‘Z’-Governance Goa is rotted to the core with equally rotted politicians and Government servants. I know from my first hand experience for I have personally been there myself. Be it Panchayat or Mamlatdar or Dy.Collector or Town and country planning, I know How it works.. I know What it takes.. We Goan need to wake up from our sleep. Very well put by Raul Fernandes in front page today (26/12/10), Herald. Another wake up call - Please read http://www.flickr.com/photos/joegoaukextra2/5292133651/sizes/l/ I must also mention here that our News papers too should play their fair or unbiased role. It should stop glorifying politicians (unless it a paid advertisement), including some priests who we know are close associates with the present rotted politicians' lot. We have seen in the past particularly during the last elections how glorifying ads were very cunningly presented as 'News items' from my collection http://www.flickr.com/photos/joegoaukextra2/5292135495/sizes/l/ another on minister’s son http://www.flickr.com/photos/joegoaukextra2/5197769142/sizes/l/ [email protected] for Goa & NRI related info... http://in.groups.yahoo.com/group/GOAN-NRI/ For Goan Video Clips http://youtube.com/joeukgoa In Goa, Dial 1 0 8 For Hospital, Police, Fire etc
