The "now" is long past, but pretenders to the mantle of wisdom will no doubt keep repeating the "now is NOW" mantra 50 years from now when Goa is indistinguishable from a sewer. Who knows, wise guy Raul may even hire as editor of Herald the mercenary brought in by Timblo to whitewash his dirty mines in the media pages.
