A low of +17.9 dec C in Goa? Wow, that must be way too perfect !!!

Last night, here in New York, a blizzard dumped a lot of crap on us, forcing us 
to work from home (thank the Load, some of us have that option). A decieving 
sunny afternoon (@3.20 pm) shows the equivalent of -6 deg C without factoring 
the wind chill.

Talking about the weather boys not being on target, we really can't blame them 
too much. Forecasting weather is an extemely complex subject. Even with the 
best of satellite technology, super computers and arguably employing some of 
the best mathemetical models in the biz, their blizzard predictions for NYC 
metro areas, were off by more than 4 hours.
