It’s going to be a tough fight.
I must say, development wise, Taleigao is lot better than Panjim.
I feel, Panjim MLA, (also being an opposition leader) could have done
lot better too.
It won’t surprise me to see the BJP seat going to Congress.
St. Inez area slums talk very high of Babush though.
Panjim voters can expect huge cash/gifts bonus at the time of elections .
'Make hay while the sun shines'
and pray such elections come onece in every 3 months.
And all this time, JoeGoaUk thought he stands a good chance to
contest from Panjim.
