Could you please advise HOW (in a democracy) a Chief Minister can
legitimately "control" a local Govt entity like Panjim Municipality
(now CCP)?
And while we are on the topic of control, Why Margao, Mapusa etc were
not chak chak?
You may also wish to advise - WHY Panjimites should vote for the BJP
panel led by Ashok Naik. Is it so that Parrikar may then be able to
"control" the CCP once again? (I am just asking)
BTW: What was Parrikar's reaction when the Road signs (one of the
folks whose name was on the road signs ...was a Goan) were vandalized
by the Vandals of Fontainhas? Is it that his RSS loyalties conflicted
with his unquestionable love for Goa .....and he decided to play
Pontius Pilate? I will not repeat my total bewilderment at Parrikar's
involvement and post-reaction wrt that shameful and shameless VideoCD.
I would have thought that you would have supported Manohar Parrikar
because he is efficient, hard-working, intelligent and more honest
than all the others from the Alibaba gang......and not because he was
some sort of a 'control freak' who remained indifferent during the
fracas in Mapusa and the disturbance in Panjim. (Incidentally, I
personally believe that all of us make mistakes and that reasonable
people learn from them & that Parrikar has. He is too smart a person
to allow himself to repeat mistakes.)
