This response to Rajendra Kakodkar's [RK] post is my final comment on
this topic unless something new turns up.
RK: While almost all posts in the Bomras thread are centred around
discrimination, your posts are lost in tresspass, which is not an
issue, even probably to Bomras' owner.
JC: Trepass is a criminal issue. It is the type which gets Vandals to
destroy public property. It is NOT necessarily only the issue of the
(say) Bomras owner.
re: Fukot Advice to the Whiners:
JC a: (I repeat) Restaurants are private establishments. They do not
have to serve you or me. The only time one can make an argument
against them is IF they have a policy of not serving Goans,
Portuguese, Northeasterners, "you people" et al (as in Breach Candy).
RK[a] Your (a) is misplaced: there are Consumer laws and obligations.
JC [a2]: Please feel free to inform us which "Consumer laws and
obligations" were violated, by whom and How. Please do not forget to

TIP well- Remember that NOTORIOUSLY poor tippers get poor attention.
(Restaurants are not Government enterprises where you can behave as
you please).

depending upon service

one's mouth. Notoreity of poor-tippng is never 'post-service'. But

behave yourselves appropriately. Gundagiri in public disturbs other
guests who enable the restaurants to make money.
JC e: Order appropriately for the number of guests and learn how to
'hold your drinks'.
JC f: If you plan to consume only a few rupees worth of food, please
do not use up 5-6 hours of the seating time. The restaurant also needs
to make money.
JC g: Do attire yourself appropriately and present yourself
appropriately to the maiĀ·tre d'.
