Nasci - Cal, Bom, Del, Chen - great metropolitan centres, actually, always with a vibrant middle and upper class, and much culture. Local jingo has marred the scene a bit, but it is only a blurr. The bigger Nairobi, not visualised, is a massive collection of awful shantytowns, where life is lived in sad deprivation and much violence. eric.
