Ref http://www.navhindtimes.in/content/panaji-police-accused-cipriano-s-custodial-death-suspension-investigating-officer-and-judici I condemn the brutal & barbaric attack by the Goa Police on Cipriano Fernandes, which ultimately led to his death. This case must be followed to logical conclusion and justice must be attained for Cipriano and the guilty must be brought to book. Also, surely we can appreciate that are many other cases of Police Brutality in Goa which were unforunately not reported or justice not served. Goans must realise that this is a unfortunate fall out of a corrupt system/government and MLA's with criminal records; which must also be shaken up immediately ,if we have to change things for the better in Goa!!
