In fact, the US is sending fuel to Cuba free of charge. Fuel that Cubans are demanding the US should stop before it hits pristine Cuban shores. Yes, the fuel I am talking about is the good stuff from BP's spill in the gulf. Secondly, when you get to Cuba, you will feel right at home. Just like in Texas, there are oil derricks all over the place. Cuba pumps out its own oil. The only problem is that its oil has a high sulphur content. As such, Cuba imports oil from Venezuela to mix with its own crude before it is refined in Cuba. Cuba has discovered between 5 to 10 BILLION barrels of oil off its north western coast. I can give you a list of Canadian firms that will directly benefit when that oil starts flowing. Unfortunately, as per US laws, you are not allowed to participate in this coming bonanza. Lastly, I would like to hear your view point on how/why the US would impose a 50 year economic blockade on another country but allow, of all things, oil to flow freely to that country......
