Dear Ignatius

This is a very common problem today, this happens due to a un-updated or weak
antivirus and security software. There is so much malware created by the minute
that it is very important to keep your security software up-to-date by the hour.

If you hotmail account is hacked, DO NOT TRY to change the password or access
the account from your same computer. Do it from another "CLEAN" computer and
there is chance for you to regain access. I know its a tough experience to get
hotmail help you with this request as hotmail does not offer support as its a
FREE service.

One of the biggest possibility of getting infected is through links on social
websites such as Facebook. We receive plenty of complaints on a daily basis
reporting such issues. So never click on links on social websites even if it is
from your friends as those infected links could have been posted through one of
your friends infected computer.

Lets not forget that old saying "Prevention is better than cure"

Best Wishes
Agnelo
