COMMENT : In the first place
doctors are not supposed to release autopsy report of Medico-legal cases to the
public or press. The concerned doctors being government servants are unable
also to
refute any claims in the press. For all you know the report released in the
press
is lobbying by the accused to quell public hue and cry.

Secondly, Goa Medical doctors
have not forgotten how Prof. Jagmohan Sharma, Head of Forensic Dept. was killed
by the Goa police in a staged accident where the police driver drove the police
jeep down a ravine and the driver jumping off. He was not even prosecuted but
labeled as drunk at that time. Dr. J.k. Sharma’s only mistake was he used the
police transport to give evidence against the police in the Court at Vasco.
This was somewhere in late 1980s if I’m not mistaken, and Dr. Sapeco was also
his student.

Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão.
