[Goanet] "CM opens modern Soulabh Souchalaya"

When you plan a trip to Margao, you have to be able to hold it in for the 
duration or else if you decide to relieve yourself , some smart guy with a 
special camera will publish your picture on Goanet!
What is wrong with the Soulabh Souchaaya- seems like it will provide  at least 
one (1)  relief station in the big Margao city albeit at a small cost.
