Wonder what the Government's plans would be incase of any emergency.Having travelled on the this road, I know how narrow it is. I don'tthink that there are any alternate routes available. Having watched the video I could see that the majority of the trucks --more than 90% were Tata. Tatas and Telco must be really happy that they can sell these many trucks in Goa alone! I guess mining in Goa, is a double-edged sword. On the one hand it provides a lot of employment but on the other it is destroying theenvironment and the beauty of Goa as well as the quality of life, forthe people in these areas.
