If you want to be really comprehensive (and probably useless ;)-0 hee hee) then add the name of every higher secondary school and college in Goa to the list.
And then add the name of quite a few high schools some of which have quite good collections - Monte-de-Guirim school which I went to had quite good one when the long white bearded, medieval looking friar Fr Fortunatus was the librarian.
