Pandu, Methinks you are frozen in time in a backwater of Montreal, which makes you foist upon 2011, what must have been a racial slur in the 1960s. Now, there are so many "Goichis" in Mississauga and Scarborough (some of whom fled from Montreal while you remained) that the so-called Pakis are by far the largest community.
If they have "peroxided" their hair blond it is because they have displaced the real blondes. Only this time, the blonds are not dumb. And I have no doubt you would turn green with the net-worth of most of these "Pakis". Now tell me before you say the word bigot again, have you read the entire Tehelka article as opposed to just looking at the photographs and what have you concluded from it. Regards A Scarborough Goencho.
