The dean of Goa Medical College has constituted a panel of doctors, Dr Edmund Rodrigues, Dr Andre Fernandes and Dr Sidharth Banaulikar to conduct the autopsy. Randal’s body arrived in the state on Wednesday and the Sub divisional Magistrate, Johnson has conducted the inquest Panchanama in the presence of the boy’s parents. The SDM is conducting the inquiry after the parents of the 26-year resident of Navelim-Telaulim petitioned to the Chief Minister, Digambar Kamat for a detailed probe, suspecting foul play in the death of their son.
