Natasha (13 years old) read the 'would be' APPEAL ( sample) to all Goans
comparing her youth to that of the wild calf in the movie clip - sans future
when the 40 alibabas are at work just like the pack of lions in the clip
lying in wait for the kill.

The clip as well as the appeal was well taken and few improvements
suggested.
A short video recording of the Clip "Battle at Kruger" along with 2 corner
boxes showing videos of 2 youn Goan females giving commentary/appeal is to
be professionally produced and released for airing on UTube, Facebook, Cable
TV channels etc to raise awareness for the March 15 meet at Azad Maidan
around Goa. The video shall be screened everywhere in the Villages and
Cities of Goa prior to 15th of March, 2011.
North-South co-ordination committees have been constituted to
deliver/receive information to people. A treasurer has been appointed and a
spot collection of over Rs. 5000/- was handed over to him.
Deliberation on the draft of the 'leaflet' for vast distribution ensued and
the contents were finalized. Around 20,000 leaflets are to be printed
withing this week for their distribution.
The follow-up core meet is scheduled to take place at Margao at 1030
Saturday 19 Feb to expand the participation and also not to make South Goa
participants to travel to Panjim all the while.
Much deliberation took place on the planning of the awareness campaign,
urban as well as village campaigns including the float participation during
the carnaval which offers ready-made crowd for targetting awareness as the
Carnaval ends on 9 March, 2011.
Appeal has gone around for multiple (small) donnations so that the awareness
campaign can be successfully launched.
After much deliberations, it has been decided that the March 15 Rally and
its follow-up until the 2012 Goa Legislative Assembly Elections and further
shall be named as ' GOENCHEA RAKNEACHO AWAAZ' to fight the MAFIA RAJ in
Goa.
The deliberations on identifying the 'message' to be given to the people of
Goa at the March 15 Rally and the action to be taken to fructify that
message in order to convince the attending people were time consuming as
only the fight against CORRUPTION was not seen to be sufficient. Members
thought that CORRUPTION was not only related to siphoning of the exchequer
but also the Ideologicle corruption where the Goan Identity is sought to be
diluted, to be taken into account and overall mis-governance and
mal-administration which has made the state of Goa a lame duck. The debate
over just changing the 40 MLAs without the SYSTEMIC CHANGE in the way Goa
was governed took the better part of the time when the meet concluded well
after 2.30 p.m., having started at 11.00 A.M.

The following are my personal views, having been a fighter for a Systemic
Change the way Goa is governed.
The people must be told in very clear terms that next election must see new
faces elected to the Goa Legislative Assembly UNDER A PRE-DETERMINED
SYSTEMIC CHANGE IN GOVERNANCE OF GOA with GOA'S OWN COMMAND IN CHARGE OF
GOA.
The people must be told that with such a systemic change their work will be
done at Panchayat/Municipal levels with drastic amendments to the Acts of
both intitutions.
That the govenance shall be such that INFRASTRUCTURE will take priority.
Industries promoted that offer jobs to GOANS. War on Drugs. Agricultural
land banned from conversion and penalty for leaving fallow. Law and order
shall take precedent. Goa made into Education Hub. Mining to be stopped if
not beneficial to Goa and Goans.
Above all, Elected representatives shalll be such that they will be those
who opt for belt-tightening exercises, themselves.
If this does not happen on March15, It will be water on duck's back.

It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizen voters elect good, honest
representatives.
GOA urgently needs 'GOOD, HONEST, DISCIPLINED SYSTEM of GOVERNANCE'.
Wherein, even a dishonest person is forced to be good, honest n disciplined,
or to QUIT.
Only through PPS can such 'good, honest n disciplined system of governance'
be identified and accepted.
