Was there no other eminent Catholic in Goa who was worthy of inaugurating Fr Conceicao’s website rather than Churchill Alemao? At Carmen's request I am uploading her original Letter.
Simply disgusting, Fr. Conceicao! The Church in Goa always talks against corruption and preaches to its faithful to shun ill-gotten wealth, etc. The other day on his birthday, Fr. Conceicao d'Silva, Parish Priest of Carambolim church opened a website www.jesusmaryministry.org which was inaugurated by none other than Mr. Churchill Alemao. Is there no other Catholic in Goa who is worthy of inaugurating Fr. Conceicao's website rather than having Churchill Alemao who is allegedly known to be the Epitome of Corruption? Though the concerned priest might have acted in his personal capacity, would the Church in Goa wish to throw some light so as to clear the confusion in the minds of the faithful about these double standards?
