I am puzzled by this post of Jose, particularly the claim of Goan judges before 1961 who would be offended by my statement of facts that I have read in a scholarly book on law, and quoted here. Would the Indian and British judges also be offended by what Gabriel has stated?
All I need is a quote from a book on law that clearly states that the Indian system is what Gabriel said it is, contrary to the law book quote that I provided, and the Portuguese system in Goa before 1961 was not what is stated in that unequivocal quote. I want to know the truth - good, bad or indifferent. Cheers, Santosh On Thu, Feb 17, 2011 at 5:24 PM, J.
