Yes, yes, it is FANTASTIC news for Goa. Pop the champagne. Goa is now saved. We saved the final 0.1% of Goan land from construction and declared it a Green Zone. Whew. Time to give another award to Goa's savior Oscar Rebelo. This is the same Frederick Noronha who questioned my motives and the reality of what I was depicting 3 years ago. Was anyone funding his misinformation campaign? I wonder. Every Goan should go see the upcoming hotel at Bambolim (Grand Hyatt?), a Dynamix project. It is MONSTROUS. You have to see it to believe it. The entire stretch of Bambolim beach has been taken over. This is all part of the Aldeia de Goa complex, whose MISSING FILE mystery Digu is still studying. I hope Frederick Noronha will soon publish a thrilling mystery novel based on this real life mystery (Digu will sanction another publishing grant, no doubt). I will have more to write about Balwa, Dynamix Group, GBA, Noronha's latest epiphany, etc in a few days. Regards, r
