Hi Everyone, I am trying to make contact with Mr. Sidney Rodrigues, wounded in a bomb blast shortly before the Pope's John Paul II arrival at the National Stadium in Karachi on February 16, 1981 For a long time I'm working on a documentary and book about the attempt to kill Pope John Paul II during his pilgrimage to Pakistan. The name of Mr. Sidney Rodrigues, then a commerce student from Karachi, I found browsing reports of bombing in the old issues of the Pakistani newspaper DAWN. In connection with my research I would like to find out the second injured pilgrim, Mr. Mark Joseph, then a 23-year old plumber residing in Karachi. Can you kindly help me to find out other witnesses of the bombing? Did anybody know Mr Lala Aslam, the bomber killed in the stadium explosion? Need also as much as possible details of the investigation, headed by a Superintendant of Police, Mr. Malir.
