It is time for Goans to give the Herald a decent burial if Goa is to be
saved. It has already become a tool in the hands of miners, builders and
politicians which is used to mislead particularly the people of South Goa.
Letters that expose the truth are systematically eliminated from the menu
while Sirikhantha Rao and Bal Mundkur have become the opinion makers.
