I always believed Oheraldo was in favour of Konkani. I checked today's paper and found a headline in Hindi. The headline, Kapda, Roti nahi, pani, bijli de do, on the Panjim issues for the forthcoming municipal elections. I checked the online edition for the text version of the article, The Konkani School at the College of Salcette by Victor Ferrao. If someone can post the scanned and convert version on goanet or send to me directly I would be grateful. I cannot save the page but maybe someone here knows how to do it. Please explain.
