I would have thought that Canada would be the world leader in immigrant
integration, but a recent British Council report says that Canada is only
third.

 

The frontrunners are:

Portugal.

 

The criteria used were a) anti discrimination b) access to nationality c)
long term residence d) political participation e) education f)family reunion
and g) labor market mobility.
