Is there still a mining problem in Goa?
A couple of months ago, if I correctly remember, anti-mining stalwarts were
celebrating success.
It was 'Jai (Ram Ramesh) Ho!'
It gave one the impression that the miners were supposed to pack up and jump
in Mandovi.
