Only the dysmature will even dream that meeting with him or any of the other Alibaba chaps will solve matters. Discerning folks have come to realise that Goa's goose has been cooked. There is no way to uncook it. And yet, the Alibaba chaps have been selling pipe-dreams of "Goan identity" to gullible "gulfies" and nostalgic NRIs. No surprise there. It is time for sensible Goans to understand that "bandaids" do not work for very long. It is time for Goans to study very hard and upgrade their qualifications, work extra-hard and compete with the international market, AND stop dreaming about what was and could have been; For it will never be there again. The politicians have destroyed Konkani and are now putting the finishing touches to the destruction of Goa. Oh yes, I believe that Goans with even minimal intelligence will NOT use Gas words like 'start on some positive action to address Goa' Genuine concerns'. Remember, I said this to you two years ago. I say the same to you again: Waste your time and money IF you wish.... but Goa has been 'well done'. The "plan" is moving full steam ahead.
