GRA, at its Press Conference in the City of Panjim today, through Adv.
Antonio Lobo, demanded that the Goa Government passes a RESOLUTION in the
forthcoming Assembly Session (starting on 16 March, 2011) demanding that the
Center gives Goa the Special Status akin to that enjoyed by Kasmir where
land cannot and will not be sold to outsiders in order to protect the
culture nad ethos of Goans, just like the Kasmiris in Kasmir. He also warned
the Goa Government to shape up or be shiped out lock stock and barrel come
next elections to Goa Legislative Assembly.
A food for thought indeed for Goans spread out worldwide.
