'Hampi' as the name of a tourist spot in Karnataka is correct, but the name of
the fish as
I know is khampi, khampttul, khampttulam, etc. In South Goa the letter 'k' is
silent in spoken Konkani but it should be added when writing - that's the
difference between spoken and written language.
