An extremely sad incident, indeed !
Being a member of the Goan Cycling Club, though not a regular rider, I
feel we have lost a friend and a cycling enthusiast. My deep condolences
to the bereaved family of Angus man Wally Shuff.
Eternal Rest grant to him, O Lord.
