Hi Ronald, Very interesting and educational piece. By the way, I have not travelled by train in India or Goa, but I had heard that there used to be a rail service from Castle Rock to Murmugao stations passing through Majorda etc? If that is true, wouldn't it be more attractive to travel by train? or if this was discontinued, any historic notes you can provide would be appreciated. Please enlighten me. I am ignorant on the subject.
