Since I forwarded the Part 1 and 2 circulars from Dr. Forsu d. R. Popot and Pres. Pandurang Fernandes, respectively, let me tell you that Dr. Popot has knowledge of both English and Science. He has read about Holistic Medicine in all dictionaries. We know that he passed out at a recognized Portuguese university while studying hard from a Portuguese-English dictionary in the 1970s before it was de-recognized. In fact, holistic bhairi was given to him to restore his consciousness after the passing out. Pres. Fernandes has no medical, scientific and English diploma, although he has passed out many times. That is why he is qualified to practice Holistic Medicine.
