[Goanet] Government subsidizing Wealthy Miners

Goan mining industry consumes 60 crore litres of diesel every year. Today when 
Brent Crude is hovering around $115/bbl, the under-recoveries of Oil Marketing 
Companies (HPCL,BPCL etc) have mounted to Rs 25/litre. Thus the subsidy on 
diesel enjoyed by wealthy miners is Rs 1500 crore a year!
