Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that the Corporation of the City of
Panaji has kept its Garbage bins next to the Traditional Heritage
Cross, located opposite the St. Inez Church Main Entrance.
Stray Dogs and other animals frequent this place and the garbage is
thus strewn all over, dirtying this place and creating a stench for
the residents of the locality and others who come to worship here.
This is a place which the residents hold in high reverence and you are
therefore requested to kindly shift the Garbage Bins as urgently as
possible.
