TAG’s Konkani Song & Music Awards
Tiatr Academy of Goa every year presents Konkani Song & Music Awards for
Konkani song and music that is produced in large numbers in Goa in Audio
CD forms. In all 20 Audio CD Albums of Konkani songs produced during the
period of 1st January 2010 to 31st March 2010 competed in the competition.
The Awards announced by TAG are:-
Best Male singer of the year (Solo)
Best Female singer of the year (Solo)
Best Child Male Singer of the year (Solo)
Best Child Female Singer of the year (Solo)
Best Duet/Duo of the year
Best Lyricist of the year
Best Music composer of the year
Best Konkani audio album of the year.
These awards will be presented on 7th April 2011 at 4:45 pm at the Black
Box, Kala Academy, Panaji Goa. On this occasion an entertaining musical
programme presented by Konkani singer Lawry Travasso and his troupe will
also be presented.
The Award Presentation Function is open to public. Konkani song and
music lovers are requested to attend in large numbers.
