A new book *Outline Goa Civil Code* authored by Adv. F.E. Noronha is to be released on April 8, 2011 (Friday) at 4.30 pm at the Seminar Room, Laywers' Building, Goa High Court Complex. Justice S C Dharmadhikari, Bombay High Court judge, will be the chief guest at the function and release the book.
