COMMENT: a: While I understand that Portugal has financial difficulties, it is Portugal's fault that Goa has been found to be the most corrupt state in India. b: Whether this stand is political or not, Trust Me, it will eventually be hijacked by political forces. c: Did you not see the loonies who opposed Konkani - suddenly come up to support Konkani ( or at least, that horrible sounding nasal dialect of Marathi)? As Dotor Kui once could have said : You fool me one, Shame on you; You fool me twice, Shame on me; You fool me all the time, It's OK, I am a Goan Katlick. ps: ERRATA: It appears that the Portuguese left Goa in 1961. So, may be, Portugal should not be blamed for the corruption presently in operation in Goa. Not that it will stop some of the Vandals and other jokers.
