Charol # 30 Jose Vas was carved by Rosario F Rodrigues, and deicated to the villagers of Goa-Velha (Velha Goa). He is the author of, Holy Face and the Procession of Saints (earlier, World's Grand Procession of Saints in India), The Happenings of Batim (at Gaunxim), and A Living Architectural Splendour (on St. Ana, Talaulim).
