I am not to sure why no entity starts a Concani only school like the English private schools?
BC Dear Freddy, People like Tony refuse to get into their heads the basic understanding of what MOI is all about. They immediately jump to the conclusion that MOI is learning or teaching a language, either Konkani, Marathi or English to the kids so that they can get good jobs later in life. What stupidity! They fail to understand that MOI is a language that the child speaks and understands perfectly well at the point in time that it comes to sit on a school bench. That the child has learnt the language from it's first day of seeing the light of the day and which has taken it 4 or 5 years to master it in the manner of understanding what is spoken and speaking out what it understands even before learning to read or write.
