Gunzuleo were also used as bird's eyes, rabbit's eyes, etc. on embroidered 
works. Such framed works can still be seen hanging on walls in old houses. Toy 
makers also used them.

We collected gunzuleo on our churnam-kannttam trip to the hill and gave them to 
our female friends. Girls/women stored them in empty match boxes and so did the 
goldsmith, who used them as weights. They were sold in Mapusa in embroidery 
material shops.
