I am not sure what Dr. Hubert's final decision is with regards to
Politics, as he had announced his decision to leave Politics temporarily.
The bottom line is that Highly Literate Benaulim has been ruled by the
most
dubious/corrupt/tainted Politicians for a very long time. The current
deterioating state of Benaulim is only evidence on the same. We need
qualified, distinguished, respected and un-tainted people to rise up in
Benaulim, to give this constituency some hope or recovering and getting to
its true potential. By people like Dr. Hubert announcing such things, it
only gives an excuse to the people of Benaulim to bring back the
Anti-Goans forces by stating "that there is no good choice of people to
vote
for !!"
