The miserable turn out at the Goenchea Rakhondarancho Avaz rally at Lohia Maidan, Margao is nothing to be discouraged about. It is not that the people of Goa are not disturbed and unmoved by what is going on. It is only a sign of maturity of the Goan masses that they will not bite anything and everything. They cannot be fooled twice by political agents in innocent clothing of the aam admi. In the backdrop of elections Goans have witnessed all such teatrics time and again for the last 50 years. Thereafter, the very saviours become the oppressors for the next 5 years. Let looks and words not deceive. Let us unite on our terms and not allow ourselves to be herded like donkeys to the parade grounds by pranksters. Keep it up Goa!
