@ DAN DRISCOLL For your information, years ago there was a company called The Bharat Goa Fruit Distillers, located on the Dodamarg road just outside the border of Goa on the Mapusa - Bombay route which used to distill various types of fruit.
I think the company has ceased operations now. Unfortunately they used to flavour the spirits with caju essence to make it taste like Caju Feni. This IMHO was its undoing. In the meantime why don't you swig a few glasses of Urrac which is supposed to be the drink of the season.
