Comment: Eugene has also read the Konkani periodicals and books that have been published recently. He could judge for himself whether any particular "orthography" is being followed throughout even in a single work / issue. Please also remember that all that you read is not exactly as was written and submitted by the author, but after emendations by the editor; even books need editors to correct the orthography and grammar! The various "orthographies" are just futile academic exercises; Konkani writers are least bothered about them. Sebastian Borges
