Response: Frederick, The most lucrative form of corruption in Goa lay underneath our road. The MLA (irrespective of party affiliation) get his share of cut. Come monsoon, we curse potholes but for politician pot full of gold. BTW, the holy water and holy coconut will not hold hotmix in ward 13 beyond June-July. Rs 35 lakhs of Taxpayers money will go down into Panjim drains. Agnelo
