Thankyou Ignatius for your comments.Irrespective of whether it is Churchill Alemao or Alex Sequeira holding charge of the Power Portfolio in Goa( I believe it is Alex Sequeira) the Chief Electrical Engineer and the relevant Staff responsible for the death of Arjun must be brought to book. It is not a question of the Police accepting or rejecting a First Information Report(FIR). The Code of Criminal Procedure has sufficient provisions for aggreived citizens to move the Court directly , notwithstanding inaction by the Police. The Judicial Magistrate has powers vested in the position to direct the Police to investigate and in apt cases to even monitor the police investigation. It would however be prudent that a family member of the deceased be a formal signatory to the Complaint. I reiterate that I would be personally willing to help the family get justice.
