The withdrawal of the mark sheets of H.S.S. due to a goof up in the addition of marks is to be expected by Goans. It is damn simple for a human error to take place. Even the PMO's office, Home department and the CBI have suddenly started making blunders after the NDA got knocked out from government. Is it the corruption of the Congress that has afflicted India's premier institutions, or is it a larger conspiracy to embarass the UPA, the Chairman of the Goa Board Mervyn D'Souza and the Education Minister Babush Monserate?
