The OHeraldo's new look is impressive. The dressing up for this old maid is reflective of the times. However, I found today's editorial badly written. The headline , "Swindon murder exposes Goa’s policing," is week. Would it have been not better to say "Goa's police" The opening para, " Raymond Pereira’s murder in Swindon in north England, certainly does not fall in the jurisdiction of the Calangute police" insults the intelligence of Goan readers. Check the second para, "Or any other police station in Goa. But this murder just may have been prevented, if the police station which gave the “ police clearance certificate” ( PCC) which helped the “ killer” Edino Carvalho get his passport and passage to England, hadn’t done " for repeated use of "which" in one sentence. I will go no further. Is this the new editor's style of writing?
