The justification offered by BJP to the claims of Baba Ramdev that he signed the agreement with Kapil Sabil to fool the government finally boils down to the fact that this political group feels that deception to dodge the opposite is fine. Their comparison of Baba Ramdev's deception with that of Shivaji's escape in a fruit box throws up an important question. Does BJP and its associate organisations feel that deceiving the nation is fair in politics? This nation is being taken for a joy ride by BJP and its event management agencies which is slipping in daggers in what is shown as a casket of roses. These divisive forces have even redefined Satyagraha when Baba Ramdev tries to hoodwink the police and escape in women's clothing to evade what he perceives a grave threat to his life. The yogi seems to be suffereing a bout of paranoia. So finally as usual a 53 year old lady is paying the price in an ICU for the political ambitions of a political party. By riding on some deflated priests the divisive forces seek to give their Goa yatara a secular look. But all are not fools.
