It was more of a fear factor than the actual issue, which have forced many
business to close or stopped parents from sending their children to school. The
good news is that despite this fear factor driven by the BBSM and their
anti-social agitators via threats, intimidation, attacks on public/personal
property  etc there were many courageous parents, who defied the bandh still
sent their children to school. What right has the BBSM have to stall Goa? What
stopped them from doing a civilised protest meeting and then show their
numbers. In fact, Goans have the right to sue BBSM and the BJP for losses
incurred. Also Manohar Parrikar and the so called Konkani Leaders has lost
credibility amongst many Goans, by supporting the BBSM which has made many
communal statements to fight on MOI issue; I would had some understanding for
Manohar, the BJP, the UGDP and the Fake Konkani Leaders, if the fight was only
for Konkani but it appears here that the real fight is for Marathi; else why
are there overwhelmingly more Marathi Schools then Konkani; What is the
official language of Goa? Also Benaulim MLA Mickky Pacheco has a point on the
Corrupt Goa Government having double standards i.e. (1) How come the CM and
Churchill failed to keep Margao running; I do not believe that they could have
not done it. (2) How was Benaulim highly successful against the Bandh vs.
Navelim; which Churchills claims is his stronghold?
